Cancellation Policy

• 48 Hours Notice: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled event will receive a full refund.
• Within 48 Hours: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable.
• No-Shows: Failure to attend without prior notice will result in the full charge.

Minimum Numbers

• Each event requires a minimum number of participants to run.
• If minimum numbers are not met, we will:
  • Offer an alternative date or time.
  • Provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

Extreme Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

• In the event of extreme weather or circumstances beyond our control:
  • We will prioritize rescheduling the event.
  • If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
• Safety is our top priority; decisions will be based on official weather warnings and conditions.

Customer Responsibility

• Ensure your contact details are correct for updates.
• Arrive on time; late arrivals may not be accommodated and will not be refunded.
• It is recommended that participants have designated drivers or alternative safe transport arranged.
• Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings during the tour and including vehicles and contents parked at the pick up and drop off site.   We are not liable for any loss or damage to personel property unless caused by our negligence. 

Health and Safety

• Participants must inform the tour operator of any medical conditions, allergies or disabilities that may affect their particapation in the tour.   We will make reasonable efferts to accommodate special needs, but we cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled.

• We strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience. Participants must adhere to all safety instructions and guidelines provided during the tour.  We are not responsible for any injuries, loses, or damages incurred as a result of failure to follow these instructions.
• Participants are expected to act responsibility. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in termination of your participation without refund.

Photography

• We may take photographs or videos during the tour for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to appear in such materials, please inform us in advance.

Agreement
